I admittedly have a cowboy gazingus pin and found Charlie totally charming and adorable. Would have liked to see more depth to Travis, more physical descriptions, etc. But very much enjoyed this short visit to the Outback red dirt wasteland that becomes part of your blood.

This song. This book. This cover. This video. https://youtu.be/42uphHWxmFU The hot guitar player in the white Tee is totally Travis. Florida Georgia Line "Dirt" You get your hands in it, plant your roots in it Dusty head lights dance with your boots in it You write her name on it, spin your tires on it Build your corn field, whiskey bonfires on it You bet your life on it It's that elm shade, red rust clay you grew up on That plowed up ground that your dad damned his luck on That postgame party field you circle up on And when it rains you get stuck on Makes you wanna build a ten percent down white picket fence house on this dirt.
